LOS RADIADORES

“Bienvenido”, rock al fin y al cabo

LOS RADIADORES, la banda de Raúl Tamarit, vieron la luz por primera vez en 2002, pero solo para grabar una versión del “A quién le importa” en un disco homenaje a ALASKA, poco después, el polifacético Raúl que también estaba al frente del mítico programa de radio “La Sustancia Verde” (10 años en antena), se enroló como guitarrista en UNA SONRISA TERRIBLE, banda con la que ha editado discos y actuado en innumerables escenarios.

Tras participar en 2008 en otro disco de homenaje, LOS RADIADORES reaparecen de nuevo, y esta vez para quedarse con intención de volver al rock básico y elemental donde predomine la naturalidad y la espontaneidad.

LOS RADIADORES quedan formados por Raúl Tamarit (voz), José Antonio Nova “El Joven” (guitarra y voz), Luis González Galván (bajo y voz) y Vicente “Metralla” Vila (batería) y día a día van surgiendo las canciones rodeadas de una solida actitud.

Mientras tanto LOS RADIADORES se han ido fogueando en las principales salas, en especial de Valencia, de donde son originarios, incluso en algunas ocasiones compartiendo escenario con otros grupos del sello Flor y Nata Records como No-Frosth y Hondonero. Puliendo unas canciones directas e intencionadamente austeras, en las que lo importante era el rock en estado puro aunque con matices personales, al fin y al cabo rock en esencia.

El Parque es mío

Fruto de todo este trabajo llega su primer disco completo bajo su nombre, el EP “Bienvenido”, en el que han colaborado Manolo Divago Bertrán, Antonio Chumillas y Dani Cardona en la producción del que en principio destacaremos el tema “El Parque es mio”, Intensa y obsesiva canción con toques 80’s, una canción de que que se ha hecho un videoclip dirigido por Sergio Gimeno Benlliure y rodado en escenarios naturales de Chulilla, cerca del Embalse de Loriguilla en el interior de la provincia de Valencia, en el que LOS RADIADORES adoptan un papel “western” con un final absolutamente sorprendente.

El disco incluye también otras perlas como “Bienvenido”, “Los Generales”, “Quiero dormir”, un éxito en potencia y futuro hit-single o “Échate a temblar” que terminan dejando un sabor más que agradable en los oidos y muchas, pero muchas, ganas de ver en directo a LOS RADIADORES.

“Bienvenido”, anything more than rock
